Terms of Service & Refund Policy

By donating to Modified Gaming, you agree to the following legally binding terms:

1. Donations, Not Purchases

All financial transactions made through this store are classified as voluntary donations to support the upkeep and development of the Modified Gaming servers. In return for your donation, you are granted virtual perks and/or items as a token of our appreciation.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy

All donations are 100% final and non-refundable. Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in a permanent, unappealable ban from all Modified Gaming platforms and associated services.

3. Rule Violations and Bans

Donating does not exempt you from the server rules. If you break the rules and are subsequently banned, suspended, or otherwise restricted from accessing the server, you forfeit all virtual perks and you are not entitled to a refund. Virtual perks are a privilege, not a shield.

4. Server Uptime and Data Loss

While we strive for 24/7 uptime, server closures, data wipes, unexpected downtime, or changes to game mechanics do not constitute grounds for a refund. Perks and items are provided "as-is" and are subject to balancing or removal at the administration's discretion without prior notice.
